From drop-out to a successful creative Facebook Ads Hacker
Hier is an interview with my successful young friend Rahul Sihmar. I wanted him to tell his story to help you to get motivated. Success can happen in a short time if one is dedicated, works hard, and follows his heart.
Rahul, about one year ago I saw your first video on Facebook and I liked your courage 🙂
I remember you talked about branding. In what kind of situation and state of mind have you been that time? Did you have a vision?
Rahul: From the very first day I started my Entrepreneurship Journey I was a big admirer/Fan of “Steve Jobs” & I learned all my entrepreneurial Lessons from Steve which helped me grow & survive.
As we know that “Steve” was a great storyteller and from the very first day I want to be like him. That’s what exactly I was doing last year when I started creating those videos. But as they were not made on my journey & experience, I removed all of them from “Facebook”. Now I’m thinking to start again the Vlogging Stuff because now I have some things to share based on my own experiences in this journey.
It is often an Ideal a Leader which motivate to do great things, but not everybody is steadfast and committed enough to keep going. Many let themselves hold back from circumstances or the opinions of family and friends.
Did your family or friends support you?
Rahul: As like the story of most Entrepreneurs, Parents & Friends don’t support you until they see you making money from your passion
on that’s what matters to them. But for an Entrepreneur like me “This Journey Matters the Most”, rather than making 7 Figure Income.
Did you finish your education before you started?
Rahul: The answer is I didn’t complete my Education just because of lack of interest in it. Studies & school doesn’t seem a creative or interesting stuff to me.
I got failed in my 11th & 12th standard [1 subject both]. After clearing my 12th somehow with an additional subject I got admission in Aerospace Engineering but just after completing my 1st Year – I Dropped Out Of It
Straight After that, I got admitted into Bachelor Of Arts Degree and completed 3 full years there & got Back-Log in 6th Semester.
So, it also remains Un-completed.
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.- Steve Jobs
I know many young people do not feel like they learn something interesting for life in Education and lose interest and motivation. My grandkids, for example, say they are bored with this stuff they have to learn, which is often because the teachers are only doing a job and do not encourage, at least here.
My own kids the same. Our son was very motivated to learn, but our daughter made right after high school clear: “I am not going to university”
In my opinion, it does not need a title to be successful. It is good to have basic education, but it is more important to do work with love. Whoever works on something he really loves and is dedicated will have success.
Do what you love and success will follow. Passion is the fuel behind a successful career.-Meg Whitman
You started a review site last October. What did motivate you to do this and what happen you did not continue?
Rahul: It happened or I must say that happens with everyone out there. We start doing multi projects but we forget that we only have limited time in a day. We have to utilize it working on the most efficient project that can give us “Positive” Results in the long run.
Not just that review site I started many other projects & stopped them without even implementing anything just because of the same thing that I told you above.
You now call yourself a Creative Facebook Ads Hacker how did you get successful?
Rahul: Yeah I sometimes do this but most of the time I like to call myself a “Learner” and if you practically see this …I’m a Learner for my life because we Learn each & keep moving forward with the process to Absorb something new every day
Some People Personally message me on facebook & call me as “FB AD GURU” or all these fancy terms but I don’t like that. All because everyone knows how to do FB ads & it’s just a matter of Experiments
“The More Experiments You Do – More You Will Learn”
I saw you are teaching others and share freely what you know, you feel this is supporting your success?
Rahul: I feel really bad seeing my self in 2014-15 seating on the couch & trying to figure out the things to do with my life and looking for something out of the blue who will help me to kick start my career again after soo many failures
Then I Found Kulwant Nagi & he guided me through-out my Journey and my Journey started this way.
That’s the same thing I wanna do with other “NEWBIES”
I want to help them by sharing my knowledge in “FREE” because they don’t have much to pay in starting. Although it has some complications that few people take it for granted and few don’t find it valuable because it’s “FREE”.
But still, I try to do as much as I can because I know that if I’m able to help at least 10 Individual kick-start their Journey that is enough for me to be Happy about what I do.
It Is Definitely support me growing daily & helping me to add some value to my Journey as well.
“It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed,” Napoleon Hill
You started not even a year, what made you successful?
Rahul: No, I started my Journey in 2014. I started learning things & in 2015 I started implementing those things but I got a good amount of attention in 2016.
As far as the Journey concern if you look at my early days of schools.
I failed a lot of times in my School as well as in my “Entrepreneurship” Journey. So, I can’t say that I got success early, in fact for me making $15k per month is not a success. Everyone has their own definition of success & it changes time-to-time.
What do you have in mind? Do you have a vision?
Rahul: Frankly speaking, I have only 1 thing in my mind these days & that is my company – DynastyDigitalNetwork.com.au
I want to make it the #1 “Digital Marketing Company” In Australia that’s my long-term Goal & unlike the most digital marketers out there I do things with proper business planning rather just picking up a domain name writing down “CEO” in front of your name on Facebook & dreaming about it all the day by doing nothing
“I Don’t Dream I Make Targets”
What is your message for other young people wanting to start a successful business?
Rahul: Sincerely, I don’t consider myself that big that I can give advice to someone but as a little-experienced guy I have a couple of things to tell to young guys.
Don’t Follow Money – Follow Work/Passion
Be Patience Because Big things Take Time
Learn Daily as much as you Can
Don’t make Dreams – Make Targets [Which will give you roadmap of success]

I hope Rahul’s story does motivate you to do what you love. Despite obstacles and discouragement of naysayers, negativists, and doubters, keep going after your dream.

Hey Erika
it’s really great store of Rahul. i am really impressed reading this story because it’s totally depend on interest as rahul said he was left college
and you tell us many informative things
Thank you for sharing
Hi, Stacy,
I think these days many would like to leave school behind,
at least I hear it often. If one has really a passion for something
it may be worth thinking about. Many famous people did this as well.
But not bad if it is possible to do both, finish school and work on
realizing a dream.
Thank you for your comment
Erika
Hey Stacy,
Thanks For The Read & When it comes to Life/Entrepreneurship Part I was just trying to Build Something for me which can inspire others as well & I guess I did it
College was not made for me that’s why I say that “I didn’t failed school Infact School failed me”
Cheers,

What an inspiring story and I am so impressed with the courage and authenticity expressed by Rahul. I certainly agree with his advice, especially to be patient because building anything that really matters is always going to take longer than you think (or hope) that it will. It can also be pretty lonely in the beginning because so often we put ourselves on the line for a dream that only we can see. Thank you so much for introducing us to Rahul. 🙂
Hi Marquita,
You are right, I too was impressed that he has the courage and is not shy to show up.
It can lonely at the beginning of a dream, but Rahul was smart enough to reach out and find
support and encouragement. He is a real leader giving, motivating, teaching what he learned and inspiring others.
Great if he continues like this.
