Nowadays people does not have not time to sit with their family to spent time they always be alone in much time and they
got depressed and stress which is very harmful for people. All people like kids, old and younger all have to do meditation

To be well with yourself, you have to discharge the bad fluids, with good food, breaks, and disconnect for a few hours a day, a good relaxing music, a bath in a waterfall, or even the simple listening of birds, a word of comfort, a compliment, there is always someone who can value you, but no doubt some sport is essential, if you don’t like it, you have to at least try to practice any kind of sport, it is a monster renewing energy.
Everything about meditation is great!! If you don’t do it, start doing it. Your life will be much more better
