How to live a life with awareness

To live life with awareness, we need to know a bit about

In What Kind Of Universe Do We Live?

Important is: only if we are grateful can we be happy too.

Live Life With Awareness

What is the difference between happiness and satisfaction?

We all want to be happy – but nobody wants to be satisfied.

What exactly is the difference?

Satisfaction means accepting the present condition as it is now. You can be satisfied without being grateful by merely accepting what is now, even if you want something else.

To be happy, however, involves a particular inner state of mind.   An attitude of gratitude for what we are and what we already have. To be happy is a very positive mental energy.

Nevertheless, some people are quite happy – but unhappy.

We know this:

“This job kills my nerves. But these days, and at my age, it is the best I can get.
I only need to go for a couple of years.”

This kind of satisfaction kills the desire to continue to grow, develop, experience more, and be more.
To be satisfied like this means we have resigned and see no opportunities for further growth,
There is nothing to strive for.
But in a state in which we are happy and unhappy.
We are grateful for what we are and have now and happy about what much better awaits us.
In this case, the person in the example with the job would say:
“I am not satisfied with this job because I can be more.
However, I am now happy and grateful that I have it.
Because it allows me to earn my livelihood while I continue to work on myself so that I can learn what I need for my future. ”

Be Grateful and Happy in the Now

Happy and grateful for what is. And in the knowledge that it will be much better and more at the same time.

Growth, progress, and development will come from a positive state of mind.

How would you define Happiness?

Being happy is the ability to see the current as-is, to know there is much more and better to come and be genuinely grateful for this. We have more reason for gratitude than ever before: The evolution of human knowledge has never been as advanced as today.

More than half of the discoveries in natural sciences were made in the last century. The world produced more goods than ever in the last two centuries. Internet and e-books were something unimaginable 50 years ago.

Discoveries and inventions do not come to a standstill; quite the contrary. Each discovery solves new puzzles. The more we learn, the more we realize how little we have known in the past and how much there is still to learn.

We live in a vast, friendly, tuned universe,

We should not lose time thinking about what is wrong, but we should look for the good side of everything and be happy and grateful. The next point may not be easy for some. But without it, there can be no real gratitude.  It is forgiveness.

Live Life  With  Awareness – Forgive without exception!

Yes, sometimes not easy.

How do we know if we really have forgiven? Forgive, but not forgetting does not count! We need to do it for ourselves as well,
In order for the life energy to flow freely through us into the world again,
Forgive, let go and be thankful.
Forgiveness is the key to Happiness.

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”
Mahatma Gandhi

There is always something good about a situation, and it includes a gift for us.
Think again of the law of polarity.

Primarily we need to forgive ourselves. We can only give love or acceptance if we can first love and accept ourselves. In our life, we are the main actors.

It is also the best and most significant gift we can give ourselves.

If we can be thankful for what we have, we can also give from it. Be it time, knowledge, kindness, love, help, and support.
There is another and most prestigious law that we need to address,

Live Life With Awareness – Giving, Generosity

No matter what.
In all holy books is written about tithing.

Among the Hindus, several communities practice the art of tithing; one well-known is the “Marwari” community. Many believe that the prosperity attached to this community is the result of the practice of tithing.
Christians believe in tithing, and this is mentioned in the Old Testament.

“Giving is to be done cheerfully, rather than as an obligation (2 Corinthians 9:6-7),
and not for the purpose of public recognition (Matthew 6:1-4).”

“Generous giving is an acknowledgment that everything we have is a gift from God,
and is to be used in His service” (Luke 12:33)

Dāna (Devanagari: दान) is a Sanskrit and Pali word that connotes the virtue of generosity, charity or giving of alms in Indian philosophies. It is alternatively transliterated as daana. In Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism, dāna is the practice of cultivating generosity.

In Sikhism, tithing is called “Dasvand”.

The Muslims call it “Zakat.”

The Jews are known to tithe 10% of their income to charity.

Right receiving is only possible through giving. Give, and you shall receive; we are “in the flow” with the universal laws if we give.

“I slept and dreamt that life was joy. Awoke and saw that life was service.
I acted and behold, service was joy.”
Rabindranath Tagore
