Banana

Coconut

To reduce stress and inflammation we have to avoid eating food that is high in fats and sugar etc. You have mention various food to reduce stress and anxiety but i also don’t aware from these various food.All foods that you have mention contain a good amount of nutrition.
I eat oats,banana, yogurt, coconut , turmeric and dark choclates but i never eat fish because i am vegetarian but fish is also good option for non-vegetarian. Thank you for sharing these amazing post which is needed for people in nowadays.

You do good to eat the mentioned foods. Fish is not really necessary the other foods are good and many things vegetarian eat add to a balanced diet If we take care and do not eat packaged food and more fresh organic food we will be fine.
