Do you know your inner child? Did you connect?

The inner child is what we all have and many people do not know about it.
It is not he or she, it only is :), this is my opinion.
We first have to recognize it and you can give it a name you like. Talk to it and it will always be ready to help.

I saw a lot of different things written about the inner child and it seems that the awareness always only goes to a hurt inner child, maybe therapists have another perception of it.
In my opinion, it is not as difficult to get rid of this hurt, the best way is to forgive. This should be possible because children do not usually carry problems for a long time, problems can be solved with love.

Give your inner child a name

My inner child is George, and sometimes I need it’s help.
The first time I got aware of the inner child, was many years ago. I have been reading a book about Huna practice. Gorge is a name the Huna people gave the inner child, but their perception of it seems to be different as well. My experience is, that it can be easy to connect.

Gorge helps and does amazing things.
It is very playful, and we should love it, it likes to be loved. If you recognize it and talk to it, it will always love you.

It likes to fly with you on the back of a bird or play with frogs or whatever your fantasy is.
You never will feel alone, and it understands you.

If you lose something, it helps you to find it again; if you need, for example, a parking space, it will open one up for you.

My inner child helped me to find a lost part

Once I have been at the shore, it is a stony shore, lots of big and small stones and shells and wood and…
There was a wooden dock, and a part of a device fell through the wood of this dock in between the stones. It was so small, like half of the nail of a pinky finger, and the same color as the stones.

If I would lose this part, I would have to throw away the whole thing, which would cost me a few hundred dollars. First, I was very upset with myself and sat down to think of what to do.

I remembered my inner child and said, please, Gorge help me. When I looked down, I did not believe that I could find this part ever again.
I said Gorge, now is the time, proof that you are real. I went to look under the dock and in between the stones, and after a while, I found the tiny little thing I never thought I can find again.

Since this time, I know even more and for sure that it is true, and I can rely on it.
It helped me often with other things, but I had never done something difficult like this one again.

If you feel like dancing playing singing, this is what the inner child likes best.
If you remember and connect to it, you never will be sad or depressed for a long time again. Remember it, and you will easily let go of negativity.

It is waiting for you.

And know, all people are able to connect with each other through their inner child, sometimes you can ask your child about somebody else’s child and get an answer about how it feels.
If you have not yet connected with your inner child, then take time to close your eyes, and you will find it. It is waiting for you.

Go and talk to your inner child and seek its help. It can be very, very pleasant to know it is with you all the time 🙂

Here are a few quotes from famous people. About the inner Child

inner child

To speak truly, few adult persons can see nature. Most persons do not see the sun. At least they have a very superficial seeing. The sun illuminates only the eye of the man but shines into the eye and heart of the child. The lover of nature is he whose inward and outward senses are still truly adjusted to each other; who has retained the spirit of infancy even into the era of manhood. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

Inner Child

In every real man, a child is hidden that wants to play. ~Friedrich Nietzsche

I want to giggle myself to sleep each night and jump on the fluffy, comforting pillows of faith. ~Terri Guillemets

A child who does not play is not a child, but the man who does not play has lost forever the child who lived in him. ~Pablo Neruda

“I am often accused of being childish. And I prefer to interpret that as child-like. I still get wildly enthusiastic about little things. And I tend to exaggerate and fantasize and embellish. I still listen to instinctual urges and I play with the leaves. Also, I skip down the street and run against the wind. I never water my garden without soaking myself. It has been after such times of joy that I have achieved my greatest creativity and produced my best work”. ~Leo F. Buscaglia, Bus 9 to Paradise

In my soul, I am still that small child who did not care about anything else but the beautiful colors of a rainbow. ~Papiha Ghosh

If you want to be creative, stay in part a child, with the creativity and invention that characterizes children before they are deformed by adult society. ~Jean Piaget

Seriousness is a disease. ~Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh

Man is most nearly himself when he achieves the seriousness of a child at play. ~Heraclitus
